At TheKamiHub, we offer high-quality digital Roblox assets and commission-based services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Asset Sales (Asset Packs via Itch.io)

All digital asset purchases are non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of downloadable files.

If you experience an issue with your download or believe the file is broken, please contact us at kamidev.25@gmail.com we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Commissions / Custom Work

Refunds for commissions are handled case-by-case based on the progress of the work.

• If the project has not started, a full refund may be issued.

• If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on how much has been completed.

• Completed commissions are non-refundable.

You will receive regular updates during the commission process to ensure you're satisfied at every stage.
